1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

- Damaged Product: If the product is received in a physically damaged condition.

- Wrong Product: If the product delivered is completely different from what was ordered.

⚠️ Important: Products are not eligible for return or exchange if:

- The seal is broken or opened.

- The product has been used or tampered with.

- The return request is raised after the day of delivery.

To process a return or exchange:

- You must record an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened from its sealed condition.

- This video must clearly show the issue (damage or wrong product).

- Without valid video proof, no return, exchange, or refund request will be accepted.

- You must raise your return/exchange request on the same day the order is delivered.

- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.

To raise a request, please email us at connect@duhiayurveda.com with your order ID, the issue, and the unboxing video.

- Once your return is approved and the product is received by us in its original, unused condition with seal intact, we will initiate your refund.

- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned item.

- Refunds will be made to the original payment method. In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic wellness products, we do not accept returns for:

- Opened, used, or tampered items.

- Orders where the product matches the description and no damage is evident.

We request our customers to thoroughly check product details before purchasing.

- We encourage you to reach out to our customer support team first.

- All disputes are subject to final decision by Duhi Ayurveda.

- We are committed to resolving genuine issues and providing a fair solution.
